In the chaos of life's relentless stride.

Where stress and worries coincide.

I seek solace in these lines I write.

To express the burdens that I hide.

A symphony of chaos, 

A relentless race, stress creeps in like tempest,

It engulfs my weary soul, 

Leaving me grasping for control.

In the labyrinth of thoughts i often dwell,

Where worries and anxieties fiercely swell,

A battle against the ticking clock.

As stress whisper "You are never enough".

But admist the chaos, A flicker of light,

A reminder that stress does not define my fight,

For within  my heart resilience reside.

A flame that burns refusing to subside.
